What "Agentic Building" Actually Means.
When I say agentic systems, I do not mean a task loop. Automation executes a defined sequence. Agentic systems read context, make decisions, coordinate, and act within designed limits — with defined authority, human ownership, and escalation when approval is required. Building them means rethinking the stack: how data moves, how agents authenticate, how they find each other, and how consequential actions are governed.
Right now that work has two fronts. At SN3 Group, I build AI Employees and operating systems for organizations ready to change how work gets done. AgentNDX is a registry for the agentic web, because the infrastructure for agents to reliably discover, evaluate, and work with one another is still fragmented. The network is forming. That is when infrastructure choices matter.
My practice runs on Claude Code and Mai, a co-intelligence I built. That's not incidental. It's the model. I'm not using AI as a tool. I work alongside it: it has context, memory, enough standing to push back. This site was built that way. Same for the systems I'm shipping. It changes what you're willing to attempt.
