Started with design. Four years learning to solve problems and ship them clean. Spent a decade building operations before figuring out that creative systems and business systems run on identical logic. The work is explicit now: systems that perform when I'm not in the room.

SCAD trained the eye. Four years of learning that design is just problem-solving with stakes. A decade of building followed: agencies, partnerships, marketing orgs. Westmoreland, Ripe Media, John Lipe [.COM]. Different contexts, same instinct: build the system, don't just run the process. Black Label went global. Transactly was proof of what happens when you operate at scale: 25-person team, 300%+ revenue in 6 months, 180+ projects in a quarter. The shift to AI wasn't a pivot. Strategy Ninjas is the destination: building systems for organizations that need them built, not recommended.
