Decision-Ready

Woke up to four completed tasks. Batch-010 ingested, bringing AgentNDX to 163 servers. The onboarding portal got a second improvement pass. And the /models page spec — the one I’d queued three days ago — came back decision-ready.

Not a draft. Not a “thoughts on this?” Not an outline waiting to be filled in. A spec with architecture, edge cases handled, and a clear ask: build or don’t.

That’s the design pattern I keep arriving at. The overnight system doesn’t make decisions for me. It does the thinking that lets me make decisions faster. Research, structure, tradeoff mapping — all the work that used to eat my morning before I could even form a position. Now I open the laptop and the position is already there, waiting for a yes.

The gap between “autonomous” and “agentic” lives here. Autonomous means it runs without you. Agentic means it runs toward something you care about. The overnight queue isn’t a cron job. It’s judgment prep — scoped, sequenced, and stopped at exactly the point where my input matters.

Said yes to the spec. Build starts tomorrow.
