Keep the Tuesday Corrections

OpenAI says its new dots can carry work between conversations. I’d test that promise with a Tuesday handoff, not an all-day demo.

Ask one agent to prepare the weekly list of accounts needing a decision. Give it approved records to read and an account owner to review the draft. The owner handles customer messages and changes to account records.

On Tuesday, have the owner mark which sources were stale, which accounts were missed and where the agent should have stopped to ask. Put those corrections in the assignment for next week. Then check whether the same mistakes show up again.

If the owner has to rebuild the list every Tuesday, the agent’s memory isn’t helping yet.
