Leave the Cart for Review

DoorDash’s new corporate-ordering connector is in limited beta. When a team gets access, I’d start with the next recurring lunch. Ask an agent to collect requests and prepare a cart. Leave the order unplaced.

Give the organizer a deadline and a budget. Show who hasn’t replied, which dietary requests need clarification, and what changed after the first tally. The organizer checks the total and approves the purchase.

Compare the organizer’s minutes, including corrections, with the last few lunches. Check the delivery against the requests. If the cart needs rebuilding every week, adding payment permission won’t fix the handoff. It will just make the mistakes harder to catch.
