Who Updates the Slider?

A sales director adjusts a hiring assumption in ChatGPT and watches the forecast move. Finance changes the approved cost per hire the next morning. The chart she copied for the staffing meeting still uses yesterday’s number.

I’d try the new interactive interface on a decision the team makes every week. Use non-sensitive inputs. Write down where each number came from, when someone checked it, and who can correct it. Have another person run the same case through the current process and compare the answers.

If the next manager can’t reproduce the forecast after the chat closes, the chart is still a scratchpad. I wouldn’t let it set a staffing plan.
