Remove It from the Roster

Google says its new coworker agents can have their own email, calendar, Drive, and place in the team directory. I’d start with an events agent preparing a monthly briefing. Let it read the planning folder and draft a readiness note in Chat. Keep speaker emails and calendar edits with the coordinator.

After the briefing, run the less glamorous test. Remove the agent from the planning space and check whether it can still read the folder or see the calendar invitation. Have someone other than its creator revoke the account.

A directory entry makes an agent easier to find. The exit process tells me whether the team actually owns it.
