The Second Assistant Starts Here

Before switching AI platforms, give the next assistant the corrections you made to the last one. Your team already paid for that lesson in review time.

Anthropic says more than 70 agent platforms now support Agent Skills, the standard it is donating to the Agentic AI Foundation. I’d try moving one instruction folder before committing to a new platform. A shared format doesn’t promise the same result everywhere.

Take a weekly account brief. Save the rule about unresolved customer commitments, an approved example, and the source list outside the chat. Give those materials to a second compatible assistant using approved test records. How much explaining do you still have to do?

If the renewal clause disappears again, fix the instructions before buying more seats. The next person assigned that brief shouldn’t have to rediscover why it matters.
